Bringing old Bombay to the streets of Toronto

Branding, Interior graphics

Bombay Street Food was born from two sister’s desires to bring the sights, sounds and tastes of Bombay to the heart of Toronto. The interior is inspired by the traditional Irani and Pari cafes of the old city of Bombay. The walls are adorned with Hindu calligraphy, recipes, old family photos and carefully crafted patterns. The menus are an eclectic replica of  old school books used in traditional Bombay cafes. Every aspect of the restaurant reflects the sisters’ passion for food and love of India. This project was completed while working as a part of the Jump Branding & Design team.
