Bombay Street Food

The goal was to capture the spirit of the streets of Mumbai into a fast-casual restaurant concept in Toronto. Bombay Street Food was inspired by the traditional Irani and Parsi cafes of the old city of Bombay (which is now Mumbai). It was important to us to design a brand that was a true reflection of the owner’s old home.

There are hand drawn Hindu quotes and recipes adorning the walls, an assortment of carefully crafted patterns and eclectically laid out menus. The graphics all reflect the owner's love for the sights, sounds, and tastes of old Bombay, bringing a personal touch to the space.

This project was completed while working at Jump Branding & Design. I was the lead graphic designer working with a team that was imperative in creation of this brand.
